Getting started with SwiminSchools is simple and stress-free. Submit an enquiry through our website, give us a call, or send an email—whatever works best for you. We’ll arrange a free, no-obligation consultation to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and explain how our mobile swimming service works in detail. Once you’re happy to proceed, we’ll confirm your preferred dates, gather any site details we need, and send you a booking confirmation.

Step 2 - Site Visit and Assessment 

Before we set up your pool and marquee, we’ll arrange a convenient time to visit your school or venue.
During this site visit, our team will:

  • Assess the proposed location for the pool and marquee

  • Check access for delivery and setup

  • Confirm water and electricity points (including the required plug type)

  • Answer any questions you or your team may have about the process

  • Provide practical advice to ensure everything runs smoothly

This visit helps us guarantee a safe, efficient installation with minimal disruption to your daily routine. It’s also a great opportunity for you to meet our team and discuss any specific needs or concerns.

Site visits are quick, friendly, and designed to give you total confidence before we move forward to the build.

Step 3 - Hassle Free Marquee Build and Pool Assembly

  • Yes it all comes in a van!

  • It all gets unloaded onto the playground ready to be build.

  • We build the Marquee

  • We build the pool and yes it is meant to bow in.

  • Once the pool is full we set up the rest of the pool

  • How it all looks when we are done

Once your booking is confirmed, our experienced team arrives on site to handle every aspect of installation. We begin by setting up a secure, weatherproof marquee on your school grounds or chosen venue. This creates a safe, comfortable environment for swimming lessons in all seasons.

Next, we assemble and fill our heated, portable pool inside the marquee, ensuring all health and safety protocols are followed. All we need is

- A flat Accessible 16x8 metre space
- Access to Water
- Access to Power, for full technical details please see venue requirements above or at the bottom of the page.
- 24/7 Access to the pool. We usually ask for a key to the gate so we can come in and check the pool

We complete thorough safety checks and risk assessments before lessons begin, and our setup is designed to minimise disruption to your daily routine.

Our team safely installs the pool and marquee at your location, ready for lessons.

Step 4 - Lessons Begin

Once the pool is in place, our qualified instructors deliver fun, structured swimming lessons tailored to your group’s needs and abilities. We work flexibly around your school timetable or community schedule, making it easy for everyone to participate. Progress is tracked for every swimmer, with regular updates and feedback shared with both schools and parents. Our focus is on building skills, water confidence, and a lifelong love of swimming—all in a safe, supportive environment.

Expert instructors lead every session, supporting each swimmer’s progress.

Step 5 - Celebration of Achievement

As we go along we will track and monitor all the children in pool, gaining both hard and soft data, across the whole period.

This data is provided into a work book for the school giving them detailed data about not just who has met the national curriculum standards but who has made progress in their STA stages as well as their swimming distances.
